Does my backpack come with a built-in power bank?
Mark Ryden backpacks feature an external USB charging port for convenience; however, a power bank is not included. You can connect your own portable charger to the internal cable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Mark Ryden products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our bags come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
